Doesn't the Shepherd the F@#$K book have something in it? I was told somewhere in it states that it's alright to have doubts but don't share those doubts with anyone else. I'd be curious to know.

Need help on the subject of "Intolerance"
by EdenOne ini would like to locate some information within the publications with comments from the wts that could help me build a case.. case in point is: can an individual jw hold different views on doctrine from those held by the "organization" and still continue to be a jw if he chooses to, and if he keeps his opinions only to himself?.
i remember a recent magazine making comments regarding the intolerance of other religions who limit the freedom of their members to study the bible....or another one (publishers book?
) about those who harbored doubts about the course of events within the organization but remained inside.. i got an excellent quote from rutherford in the booklet "intolerance" but that was from 1936 already.

Eden One, trust me when I say this but the elders are on here watching. I posted something that only the police and I would know about one of my accusers (which they made him an elder four months after my jc)brother and he was df'd the same week. Now I have posted something else which is about to happen and we will see if they try something on me afterwards. My so called friend whom I thought was a friend went on her husbands facebook and found out what I was on and who I am. He has since put a password on his computer. But if she's not careful I will go to the elders and tell them which couple is having an affair for she told me. I know the elders will probably pooh pooh it off since she has three of her grownup kids in the congregation. She turned into a jeckel when we stopped going.
When someone thinks they are one step above you since all it took was for you to stop going to the meetings, then they think they are more spiritual than you and have to report you. I don't care anymore. I have one more assignment to do and then I'm done. It could be that someone saw an opening for your label and wanted it. Walk away from them while you still have your dignity and a decent reputation. Trust me, the elders will conjure up anything and stir trouble in the congregation to be rid of you. They will spread false lies and lie to the co. They are wicked because they know the society won't touch thenm.

an old friend of my late husband's suddenly contacted me out of the blue after over twenty years of shunning and we started writing.
i didn't know why she contacted me but i thought perhaps something had happened in the organisation to make her think, which is why i came on this forum in the first place.. she kept talking about her religion and basically 'witnessing' to me and i replied with just how long are we supposed to wait when it's been nearly 100 years since christ came into his kingdom.

I feel those that really read their bible and can see there's something wrong will hopfully follow what the bible teaches. Recently we had a snow storm and we had a lovely couple show up on our doorstep. They were here for five hours and all of us had our bibles open. They were very sincere since they use to be old order mennonite and have no tv, radio ect.. Even they could see something is wrong with the teachings that they refuse to put their faith in these goons. We'll be starting a bible study on the Law with them this week.
We told them about the pedophiles,Candice Conti , the new doctrine which they disagree with and the new bible. He told us that an elder had studied with him and his wife and when it came to 1914, the elder skipped that part and told him it would become more clear after they get baptised. It never did and the one elder has been assigned to him to always work with them in service and noone else could work with them. I use to feel sorry for her for there were no sisters but only the one elder and another brother that would work with them. It was the same elder that would have parts at the assembly explaining about how this couple came into the truth. This couple was used as this halls mascot for the assemblies and they know it. They told us they have no one that comes to see them. So he asked if we would come over and study with him and his wife. He loves talking the bible.
Actually, because of this site and learning what's in the new bible and doctrine, this fellow has a part coming up and he said he is going to bring up how you don't add or take away and then bring up in his talk some of the things we shared with him from here. Imagine trying different religions after being raised all your life as a mennonite just to get the boot and then try acouple of more religions and now this one. Yet, his family will never disown him accept the two that are in it. He has nine kids grown and married off. This man and his wife are eighty.
The best thing out of this is what he said that let every man be made firm in his own mind as to what is truth and what is not. He said until they tell him what we did wrong he'll make his own decisions. He said he doesn't believe we are bad people and that we can count them as one of our friends. Why is he like this? Because he is one of the very few that read their bible and apply it. You guys would love them.

6 glossed over the idea that we can pray for ourselves, or our needs.
9-11 on one hand they say jesus did not harshly criticize peter or the apostles for falling asleep instead of praying continually, and on the other hand make veiled threats if we should feel tired out by life.

Undeclared changes to the 2013 NWT

as a result of these additional masters, the wts made some undeclared changes to the 2013 nwt.
it does not list these changes or give any explanations.. greek text: in the late 19th century, scholars b. f. westcott and f.j.a.

Two more signatures here plus we did the 2014 JW Survey questionaire. When you have nothing left to lose but only your sanity then what the heck. Wish the sanity would have been the first to go for it would have made everything else much easier to deal with. Would have been easier to not give a crap what these idiots think. So, let me get this straight, it was HS that appointed and eighteen yr old ms after only studying for a year fresh out of the world. Same kid who him and his wife were both not baptised and were able to get married in the hall. The day he got baptised, they had two assembly parts that day along with being made ms weeks later. And so it was HS that annouced this kid from the platform with the elder announcing him and reassuring the audience that there was no simony here when approving him as an ms. This kid was looking after the po's house and dog while while po was down south for the winter for eight weeks like he does every winter.
It was holy spirit that made the above guys twenty-yearold friend who was just reinstated, made ms and then an elder, all within three years while older men who have been in this cult for years faithfully serving it not appointed. Oh, and within the three years this goon was able to take a four year course and get his papers and get married and have a kid. My my how does he do it except we were there to see how he licked labels and their boots.
It was HS that had an elder and his wife study with us DRUNK until we discontinued the study with them and then we were shunned.
Is it HS that directs the goon elders to reinstated a guy (relative to the two above) who is an alchoholic, fooled around on his wife, smashed his wife's car in by hand while drunk, threatens his relatives with loaded pistols in their faces that he's going to kill them (and has no gun license), has the cops after him and the family, and gets a highschool student employee to forge a legal document , all this before during and mostly after he's reinstated????? The elders did nothing until the week I posted what we knew here and in that same week they df the guy and come after us.
Is it HS that allows an idiot to serve while his sixteen yearold daughter gets pregnant to a worldly guy while this is going on under his roof and is able to have a part in the memorial? Yeah, bet Jesus just loved watching this guy give a prayer all the while his daughter is sitting there, pregnant and with her worldly boyfriend and the whole congregation knows. I guess someone forgot to tell the HS about that one.
If appointments were by HS then you tell me why the elders have to tell these idiots ahead of time before the gb sees the letter that they were just made servants and are waiting back from headquarters for a letter of the approval to go ahead and announce them from the platform???? And usually the elders wives are going around letting others know that they have access to this special news weeks before the letter comes back. We wouldn't have believed it if we hadn't seen all this and more with our own eyes. Tell me why a letter of recommendation supposedly went off to headquarters for me but yet the co said no for we were living outside the territory? The big mouth po said I was going to be made ms and they were submitting the letter in but co said no. They make the holy spirit look messed up just like society's teachings.
Jehovah's holy spirit is not on any religion. Religion is satan's tool not the bible. Get out of her my people if you don't want to share in her sins and plagues. Did society lie? Yes! Do I want to be apart of the plagues that Yehovah will strike her with when he comes back? Absolutley not! Nor now am I not apart of her sins. Glad to be rid of this wicked wicked cult.

What does 2014 mean to you
by NewYork44M insometime in the early 1990s i made a commitment to myself that if the end did not come in 2014 i was going to walk away.
then i started thinking - if i waited until 2014 i would be 57 years old with very few options.
that is when i realized that i needed to make changes to get my life back.

It can only get better than what we lived through this past year. I did finish off 2013 finally speaking to my sister who wouldn't speak to me for over eight months because I was suppose to have shaken her faith(told her to look up on youtube the snarky apologist's trinity brochure). After three hours on the phone and telling her what happened to us (jc committee and dfing) she finished off telling me what she doesn't like about the org and the new bible. I know, baby steps.
Then, I made an appointment with sister liar's boss for this Friday to let him know what transpired in his store with her and I and how she lied and how I lost all my friends and family. That when I come into his store as a paying customer, I do not want her pushing her religous crap down my throat and that if I get df'd because of more lies from her that he will deal with her. This will stop her from running to the elders or gossiping to anyone about us. It will put her in the same helpless state she put us in with all our friends and family!
And when I came home today there was this nice couple from the hall who stayed with us for five hours telling us how they are not going along with the elders decisions to not talking to us . They also told us they don't believe most of what the society teaches and they don't believe the lies and rumours about us. We were sitting at the table all afternoon digging into our publications showing them how they have been lied to. They asked us to come and visit them. They get no visits from anyone from the hall and you could see they are lonely. All I can say is WOW!
So I can only say 2013 ended on a happy note and it can only get better from here on in. Right?
Thanks to all your stories and encouragement, you really have built me up. I didn't think life could keep going on like this and now finally I've been given a little break for the time being. I hope good things come back to all of you here on JWN

Goodbye to all
by abiather ini say goodbye to all of you because of the tremendous pressure from my family members who are jws.. anyhow, i enjoyed my association with you for a short period!
it is part of life, as the bible says: we are all temporary residents here (hebrews 11:13).
this is my favorite scripture that has helped me to remain always balanced and equi-poised, helping me not to be greedy towards things or people expecting from them too much!.

Always remember you are never alone. You can always come here to vent when times in your life are too stressful. Never feel you can't talk to anyone because your with the jw's. Here, your with friends from every walk of life that started where you are going back to. No religion, just friends. Stay safe and be happy.

So, today I ran into one of my accusers that were on my jc
by label licker inand she tried to act as if she were by best friend, hugs and all.
i told her the elders were dirty getting her and her family to come in at the last minute and be my accusers yet none of them could remember anything from six years ago.
i told her this was all on account of her brother.

It's only when I run into one of these robots (especially the ones that lied on my jc to my face and are now made an elder) that I want to puke. If they would only shut their yaps and quit telling me the same old thing over and over. This sister actually had the nerve to say it wasn't her and her whole family that wanted to be my accusers but it was jehovah that picked them and it was him that formed my committee. That's when I lost it! That's how demonised they are.
Well, off to assignment #2. Believe me when I say this, it's because of the true support that I get from here and from all of you that I can muster up the guts to go and finish what they started, and can quote from that sister who said:"Jehovah made me do it." That's exactly what I will tell the elders if they come to finish me off.
